I think just adding good quality article in those web 2.0 sites is not enough for tire 1. Make sure they looks like real websites. At least post 5-6 posts with proper formatting, image and video. Take you time to build those tire 1 properties. Don't try to build them at once.

Whatever you were talking about, your questions were never clear. Also if your page have got for example 1000 fans, you cannot expect 100 likes each time you post a new post. If you get around 150-200 likes, you are very lucky to get a good number of active fans.
