I also have the same problem. I downloaded Zennoposter demo but got the same error as yours. I tried to PM you to ask if you got it to work but I need 15 post for that. Did you install it successfully? What did you do?

I already have an account but still gets an error. It said while installing that my account was authorized, after that it said write down license, but I got the 'error getting information about your hardware'. I've been exchanging emails with their support but they can't give me a straight...
