Scrape and send mass private messages

Hey everyone,
I'm just new here and I need your help. I need a program that can scrape forum profile names and send mass private messages.
I already tried Zennoposter demo version but an error occurred while installing, when it says [Write down license] it says ?error getting information about your hardware?. I wanted to try the demo version first before purchasing the full version.

Can anyone help with the problem? I already contacted their support but cannot give me a straight answer. You can also suggest other programs that have the same functionality as Zennoposter, can scrape forum profile names and send mass private messages.

I already have an account but still gets an error. It said while installing that my account was authorized, after that it said write down license, but I got the 'error getting information about your hardware'.
I've been exchanging emails with their support but they can't give me a straight answer why I encounter the error.

I need to know if I will still get the error if I have the full license. Anyone?
