I have been getting a little more traffic (probably 20% more) for the past 3 days.... Still way down (probably 70%) from the update. I haven't done a deep dive but I think for the keywords that I lost my rankings for... They remain relatively low. But I see that in finally starting to pick up...
I feel like it's probably the authority factor. I didn't rank high on high traffic general terms before the update ....but I guess playing devil's advocate - for those general terms..when people search it, do you think they're looking for general terms or looking to buy something?

I'm trying not to do anything drastic with my site because it really is quality content...maybe it'll bounce back on its own....BUT what is your guys' stance on disavowing natural (but spammy) backlinks?
