Can you tell me what you do or help me do something for my site?

I know some of you guys are out there with collections of access to some really top tier sites, if you can help me get some links to my site, I have tons of pages or news stories to link into, site just back online after a year and really need a handful of links with some serious power.

Seeing a lot of 10s visits with various IPs until a that same behavior only from Russia, maybe it's bots. The spam with IPs are invisible or masked, site rankings all dumped after covid and then really bad on this update. medical niche so yeah that's another thing.. need authority/trusted...
