Seeing a lot of 10s visits with various IPs until a that same behavior only from Russia, maybe it's bots. The spam with IPs are invisible or masked, site rankings all dumped after covid and then really bad on this update.

medical niche so yeah that's another thing.. need authority/trusted medical links if anyone knows anyone $$

it's all kinds of IPs probably using something like http://crowdsearch.me/ sending bounce
