Having more than one eBay account is within their guidelines. This is what the guidelines say "Users may have multiple accounts on eBay. We understand that there are various reasons why someone would choose to have more than one account."

I have two eBay accounts and I have never had a problem. I was told it was OK provided I had a separate email addresses.
