hey it works ... thank you Uptown ... I just reinstalled and I did get an option for upgrade or no thanks

I just follow your step and I get a Upgrade window .. I exit the program using task manager and restarted computer. I clicked on the ttb and same message pop for Upgrade .. Here is the pic. I posted the pic at i43.tinypic /2dnm9l.jpg
