Paypal Got Limited - Need Help

I made a paypal 4 days ago and was verified using VCC. It is a business account and got many payments after selling a product in WF.

when i logged in today, it was already limited. I still have balance on it. Can I still get the balance? how can i remove the limitation?

i can't call them because i am located in the philippines.

there was a rush of payments from my sale in WF. maybe that triggered the limit.


Any idea how can i lift it and get back my account and balance?

Happened to me as well. I have to verify it again using a borrowed CC so I I have to wait for the bill since the verification code is sent there. Have to wait for the end of the month. No other choice since I don't have a CC.

it was asking me to verify using a different cc and a billing proof.

its fake paypal so i can't provide billing proof.

as long as its just limited and not closed u may have to wait 180 days to get the money

if its a fake paypal you won't be able to remove the limitation easily at all. You can pay people to make fake ids and bills etc, but aside from that possibility its gone. Can you not just open a real paypal using your real info?

I want to it to be fake so no one can track me and my transactions.
