    My main concern with this approach would be getting ratted out eventually. I mean making a fictional business to rank in the top 3 local listings isn't exactly perfect White Hat. Seems like whoever ends up losing (competitors not in on the lead deal) would simply report your listing and you're out.

    Hi there. Sounds like a great method, but I feel like there might be one problem. You are essentially stealing leads from businesses by outranking them, and then re-selling those leads to those same businesses. How do they not get upset with you for this?
