Hi proxymillion, The subject states 'insta' so I would assume they're good to use with Instagram. My big question is; are they usable to create accounts? Because right now we're finding that Instagram blocks proxy X from creating an account but that same proxy can still access Instagram API...

Created a new ticket just now. #380345. It is about their proxies being registered with Instagram as 'open proxies' and thus Instagram blocks account creation from these IPs. Having used their services before quite a lot and always had good support I'm sure they'll help me/us resolve this issue.

Absolutely because of the IP used. You can't tell from the error message they display but if you monitor the traffic with a web debugging proxy (like Fiddler) you can see the real reason. Here's me attempting it from proxies purchased yesterday. See attachment. If you can't, the actual message...
