You can never be ban from using a resedentual ip from your internet provider.
You can also make as many accounts you like if you re set the router.
Resedentual ip are becomming very important in the im world
Fresh proxies just not doing it right know ,they work but get ban to easly, the only best way is to have a good residential internet connection and keep re setting the router.
No business or company big or lagre ,i say it agin ,wont ban or delete anybody with a residential account from a internet provider.
Why you ask....
A internet provider uses dynamic ip's most do , these ip get shered accrossed all there subcribers so therefore they can not take the chance to ban or delete any account created via a servive provider.

- Select the "Computer Name" tab.
- Click "Change."
- Input your new desired computer ID name and press "OK."

Well You dont need to change computer ID, Browser doesn't send your pc name or ID while sending request.
Right now, Instagram isn't letting people to register through website But its possible to create accounts through their App.

You can try either using IOS device, Andriod Device or Bluestack and other similar windows application But there will be limition of 1-3 accounts per Device (You can uninstall/reinstall bluestack to create more)
If you want to create accounts faster, then you should hire a good coder which will cost you $$$
Yes, If you have rotating/dynamic IP then it should do the trick as long as IPs aren't limited (some ISP only sends few ips to rotate per specific area..)

Going to do some testing with regards to creating an account through one of my phones and looking at the traffic. Should be easily mockable in a Windows application. I'm still fairly convinced you're shit out of luck when using 'tainted proxies' though.
Changing the device id didn't work just wanted to let you know

My Results,
I have received the same issue using Bluestacks and BSTwiker but i was able to create 3 accounts per proxy.
The thing is Instagram allows only 1 accounts per proxy (dedicated not sure how do they detect it) with 24 hours.
The second day when I tried to created the account it again created 1 more account and given the same error code for another one.
So basically to my experience instagram detects our proxy and only allow 1 account within 24 hours per proxy.
If any one got any other kind of experience or resolution for this kind of issued while creating Instagram accounts please share the same here.

This is happening with me too, i'm using bluestacks & bt tweaker, even when using my fresh home IP address, and changing : device ID, google ads ID, GUID, Device model, clearing cash for instagram and googleplay and all, factory reset, changing google account, I TRIED CHANGING everything !!!!, and i still can't make any accounts !
I tired via browser while using a mobile useragent, still the same shit, i don't know how the fuck they know its me -_-
One more thing, When i put a username that i'm sure its not being used(something like qsdq8s745az8s47q554), it give me the error, and when i resubmit, it tells me that the username is taken.......
i wasted shit tons of fucking good usernames for my niche -_- i'm mad as fuck

Hi, is there any chance to retrieve the username(s) that were lost in the cases described in this thread? Any success stories?
Would it work to explain to IG support that it was an honest mistake and that you're not trying to spam them or take down their platform or sth? Or is it pretty much a lost case?

getting back to the original issue of the error message to create an account....which is the same Issue that I had. You cannot create an account from the web site. the only way is through an app. I created mine through a Windows 10 instagram app but if you're using an older version OS and on windows, not sure if there's a way. if you're using a tablet or phone....just get the free app
