How to avoid and solve this : - 1 card can only use for 1 account. - Make sure you have enough money when adding card for the first time. - go slow if new ad account - make sure no unsettled bill

Update, if facebook can only charge for the settlement amount and cannot charge threshold amount, my card will become insufficient fund

Everytime my payment got unsettled and i press pay now button, facebook will charge my outstanding amount and extra charge my threshold amount. Let say my outstanding $500 and my my threshold $500. Facebook will charge 2times. $500 & $500.. They didnt refund it.
