Everytime my payment got unsettled and i press pay now button, facebook will charge my outstanding amount and extra charge my threshold amount.

Let say my outstanding $500 and my my threshold $500. Facebook will charge 2times. $500 & $500..

They didnt refund it.

Update, if facebook can only charge for the settlement amount and cannot charge threshold amount, my card will become insufficient fund

I message wise about this and wise said fb didnt take the money yet, they just reserve it.

Yes, FB does this if any of your payments fail.

Did you use Wise virtual card?

No, they charge you everytime your threshold got increased
Didn't happen with me.

They increase threshold after charging the card. For example, if your threshold is $5, and you spent $5 today, then FB will charge your card for $5 first and increase the threshold to $7.

well, put in a claim and ask for it to be returned
i guess there holding funds to make sure all costs
can be covered .

Update : i change the card, it seems only happen if i use wise virtual card

Wise is blacklisted because lot of user not paying the amount to facebook and change the payment method before paying
So wise is black listed now

How to avoid and solve this :

- 1 card can only use for 1 account.
- Make sure you have enough money when adding card for the first time.
- go slow if new ad account
- make sure no unsettled bill

Update : i change the card, it seems only happen if i use wise virtual card
so if there only holding funds on a wise card, does that mean
face book doesnt trust fund from wise

I trie multiple account using wise.. Fb did not trust the account, not the card
