When creating mass hotmail accounts, can you do it from a single IP? also does anyone know the length of time a hotmail account has to be active before it is allowed to forward, I've been seaching but cannot find the answer.

say you had to forward 500 SIM cards to different numbers, each in groups of 20 or 25. What if you had a program that you input the sim(s)/#(s) in and it forwarded all the groups to the proper numbers without touching a cell phone. Would that be worth something or does it already exist?
