no, i bought phone from a store and paid 30% of the actual price, and the rest is on loan. The Bank's staff installed this app on my phone.

Bought a new phone on monthly payment today after paying 30% upfront. While unboxing he tapped the screen for 6 times and then some QR code option came. later he scanned some qr and now i can see I am not the admin of my phone. And the app he installed is viewing my calls, messages, locations...
