How to factory reset android phone when it is blocked by work policy ?

Bought a new phone on monthly payment today after paying 30% upfront. While unboxing he tapped the screen for 6 times and then some QR code option came. later he scanned some qr and now i can see I am not the admin of my phone. And the app he installed is viewing my calls, messages, locations, camera etc. Over that, the factory reset has been disabled as well. How do I reset and remove this fucking app who is monitoring me ?

PS - no one told me about this app before billing.

So if I understood your post correctly, you bought a phone using money from your own pocket, and you're saying you employers installed an MDM on this personal phone and and are monitoring all your communication too?

no, i bought phone from a store and paid 30% of the actual price, and the rest is on loan. The Bank's staff installed this app on my phone.
 
Search for the exact model rooting guide,
It's not as hard, but you should be aware of what you're doing (legally & technically)
 
You can't format such phone, the phone are modified and its like a phone with work profile where you're not fully in control.
So when its time to pay up and you didn't pay, they can lock you out of the phone.

You can't format it as well
