I shutdown my site but they still want customer details, software code and accounts i have created... i have no clue what they are planning to do?

Besides taking down all the sites, is it necessary to reply the letter or ignore it?How should be the reply, details or just few words that sites are down and no longer available?

Does it means, if i do as they want then there is no chance to get sued?

They blocked my account, so obviously email is legit... but i dont know how to reply them or either i should or shouldn't? how to send them customer details and software code, and sales details?

Do you think it would work?

I got the similar letter, have close all my sites. But, is it better to reply them, or just shutdown everything and keep quite? How to reply them for salles details, customeers and source code? Can they use my reply to suee me, i don't live in US?

Were you able to resolve the issue, did you got any update from them?

Did this issue got sorted? Should we or should we not reply to the C&D notice? If they need your customer / sales details and source codes to the software what would you do? Is there anyway to get your original account or its data back which they have blocked?
