Do not trust to emails just like that! Check email headers, if some telephone number is there call it and check did they really sent email to you, confirm in any way is it for real. There are certain parts in this text that show a bit too much "give us" and "show us" , I suspect that this is phishing for your code, taking over a business or something like that.
I am not a lawyer but I think that they don't have right to ask for your costumers list and software code. bullshit meter 10+

Not necessarily , as anyone with enough technical knowledge can flag your account (from multiple accounts) to have your account manually reviewed and then blocked by some facebook employee or automatically.

It would be better if you re-tire (ie setup a new shop)

If it turns out it is from Perkins Cole....listen very carefully, stop what you're doing and move on. They're huge and will hurt you. It's not worth it. Do your due diligence first. If it turns out it's a scam, obviously, don't worry. But make sure.

did you check the email address from which the email was received(well it can be spoofed too, so you should also look for other details like phone number etc. mentioned in the email)? because it seems like someone else is trying to start a business like you :p I don't know and I'm not an expert, but this is what I think!

I am not a lawyer but that looks like BS aimed to scare people with fancy talking.

Except maybe the issue with using their trademark without authorization, is there a law saying that is illegal to sell FB likes or automate web tasks? Ok, is against their TOS. Fine, they closed your account(s) for that. But their TOS are not the law. In that logic, BHW and all other BH blogs and forums are at risk too because it facilitates and encourage people to violate TOS of many websites, not just FB.

i understand them asking you to stop what your doing, but why should you ave to provide all the names off domains operated by you? thats none of their business if you stop what your doing, i wouldnt give them any of my professional info
