It depends 95% of the time this can and will happen if you use bots, its just Instagram's way of saying you are spamming with your bots, please stop. So in other words if your bot(s) have a delay I suggest slowing it down. Hope this helps :)

This thread is old I know but, try Instagram Mega Bot I haven't had any problems with it plus it follows, likes, comments all the good stuff ;)

I had a problem on one of my first accounts For me it prevented me from ever uploading,liking, or commenting on that account ever again. So it could be a ban (let's hope yours is temporary) :(

I don't quite understand what your asking but, 24h temp bands are usually from following/linking/commenting/EXC too fast & too often, within a certain time.

It sounds like you want a free bot like Xgram, which of course XGram is dead and gone... But like the above user said: It's better to buy (support the bot creators)
