Best way to start a shoutout page?

I wanna make one which will lead to me getting followers on my main/other pages. I previously had one, and had to follow the hell out of people to get 5k followers. Now I'm using an iMacros script, but I'm lucky if I even get 10 on some days.

I know with me, I personally don't follow shout out pages, however if your account posted a bunch of funny pics, quotes or even photography then I'm pretty sure you'll gain a few followers. You got to spark interest in your page, you can have 10K followers but if all you do is shout people out then the chances of you getting any followers on your main account is slim. I suggest you make an account, post funny pics, using your script to like tags like #funny #lol #lmfao etc. and then hopefully you'll see results. Then start shouting out your page.
