It's definitely doable and you don't need items above $100. Need a good dropshipper though. I'm also currently looking for a new one (the present does not provide the additional items I'm interested in), but as far as BHW goes, so far noone has even bothered to answer my PM's or posts :)

It isn't there by default AFAIK. Just create one and upload it to your public_html root.

I use opencart :) So far happy with it. Plenty of plugins available and a quite active forum for support. But 1 day is definitely not enough to set it up. I doubt any platform is :)
