Hello if u just moved to new hositng provider use ur host ip instead of domain - if this doesnt work then its from ur hositng provider - since its connected already then it get closed means u will need to contact ur hositng provider to check for u this problem

hostgator will not suspend / down ur website for illegal - they will contact u and as u solved with them u will not face any problem
