Need offshore VPS recommendation!

I am needing a good VPS host with unlimited traffic, 100 Mbps - 1 Gbps, maybe 25 GB+ hard drive space, and that allows copyrighted material such as music, movies, etc. Linux is fine!


I would like the best country that is no way affiliated with the United States.

I have a good idea that was successful a few years ago and I'd like to try it once more and continue doing it. I did it with a United States host and was fine for a month but I'm looking for offshore now!

Is Alibaba Host any good? I hear good reviews with them and their prices look good, with the 1Gbps connection!

What country should I be safe with keeping my servers? Netherlands? I know Russia is the top one supposedly!

Any ideas with good hosts?

I know a few - but not sure whether they are reputable, in good countries, OR even legit.
