People, i'm having a hard time with this thing. I have used the Duplicator plugin to restore the site, but the site is not loading. HTTP 500 error. What do I do?

I don't know how to do that one. The cpanel options on the old ipage host doesn't display a backup option.

I know why it's like that. When setting up the database of example2.com with the installer.php, I didn't create a new api, and I chose "create new database and backup old one" I was unable to create a new database, so I chose that option. Choosing the option just updated the database of...

I'm far past that stage. What I'm saying is that example1.com that I backed up and imported in example2.com worked fine. But now, example1.com is redirecting me to example2.com and I believe it has to do with the database, but I don't have any idea how to configure databases.
