Yes, in my experience Etsy punishes you for not delivering orders on time. The algorithm thinks that you are not keeping up with the volume of orders and starts to give you less time in rankings. Also raising prices is a bad idea if everything works great already.

What do you mean by sending external traffic? Just sending some clicks on our listings and then Etsy will rank those listings in their search results?
