Chatgpt pulls info from google business profiles. Local SEO is more useful now than organic SEO in my opinion and will be for the future as AI takes over organic serps.

Brightlocal - it tracks map pack rankings rather than google maps ranking which is what you need. Local dominator just released support for map pack rankings as well so either one of them two is best.
