It doesn't matter WHERE YOU ARE. It matters WHERE YOUR TRAFFIC comes from. You could exclude EU citizens in your traffic generation for example. Otherwise you need to apply the GDPR. There is no real workaround if you want it legally! ;)

If it's under YouTubes Fair Use or they have the copyrights to it, why not?

E-Mail submits are generally a bad idea with adult traffic imho. Try paywalls
