I have a domain that gets 50,000 exact local searches a month. Competition is low, and the cpc is $2.58. It is .org, though, not .com or .net. Not sure if it is worth something as is or worth building out?
Looks good. I'm always looking for good CPA or lead programs. They always work better for me than sales programs. Conversions are high, which is always nice.

Mystery solved. We apparently had old ads with links pointing to now non-existent websites/pages. They were paused but never deleted. The rep said to clean out the account, and we should be reinstated.
Yes, absolutely. I have been to two meetings with Google reps and each one said that each page - each and every page - has to be high quality and bring something useful to the user. Even a few spammy pages in a large site can tank its rankings.
