I made a bunch of account to test with but so far the tiny bit of stuff I was able to do with those accounts got them suspended. Do I need to use real email addresses with twitter accounts? I need some instructions on how to manage these accounts. Please show me the way.

Still do not understand. I want to make crappy websites and make google index them so I can make money from adsense. I want to do this for free without the aid of $100+ services like scrapebox.
