Site seems to be duplicating domains on results? Getting each domain listed twice.

It's a pretty new site so it looks like spammy links are being made with good links, which is the issue. Hopefully it'll stop soon and then I won't have to do as much work trying to prevent it.

Maybe not as aggressive as you want to be, Twitter will probably see that there's something going on. The other problem you'll have is the engagement for your tweets, having a large following doesn't mean that the tweet gets exposed to all of those followers. Even more so if most of them are fake.

I think it does for specific SEO but in the long run, it won't. Quality content is always best for a site unfortunately.

Typically for legal adult content something like HawkHost or HostGator has always been fine for me. But I guess it doesn depend on the type of site and the ammount of traffic you're expecting.

This! I've found that most people don't really care in todays world that a site is a .com or not but using a "hacked" domain means it's more memorable for people, even more so if you're focusing on social media for advertising.

For us in Europe I've found that Telegram isn't used that much really, it's mainly Whatsapp or facebook messenger over anything else. Personally, I'd avoid dumping money into it and focus more on Instagram and Facebook for trying to make some income.
