Mobile/Ringtones submits blew up years ago. The space has had it's own slaps over the years: disclosure, ease of opt-out etc. I, too, would like to get in on owning my own offers. Mobilemessenger is a name I have heard banded about. Check them out.

Just pop a content locker up after 5 min. Only being able to listen to the rest of the movie won't cut it for most people.
