Keywords at the beginning of the description, Keywords at the beginning of the title and a lot of keywords in the description and tags always seems to do it for me
They Might have a massive advantage but there is no way they can stop spam getting into the search results. This is just another scare tactic from Mr Cutts which is only meant to try and disuade people from trying to get their site at the top of the listings. For me, It didn't work.
the only way i can think to do it would be to go through the list manually and remove the links you dont want. Time consuming, yes but really the only reliable way
i have always wanted to get into this sort of marketing but would have no idea where to start. I suppose i started by reading this thread. Anyway a lot more research is needed.
i would never suggest using free hosting sites as you are not in control of them and they can be taken offline without any warning and any money you are making from them dissappears instantly.
Always have your own hosting and then your are in control of the site.

As long as the rankings of your sites don't go down, which generally PR wont affect then it doesnt matter ( that is unless you are trying to sell advertising on the site ).
After all it is more about rankings in google rather than pr.
