I use dynamic IPs. its pretty cheap like 30 bucks a month for unlimited ips. You can setup your own remote dsl setup and make even more accounts.

i made over 100k accounts. it's easy just use fresh ips and make a bot yourself. no one is going to give you one for cheap. you don't have to be a real programmer to make one. use ubot or something.
