I recently sold a site on Flippa for $4500 to the highest bidder. Buyer wanted to use Paypal so I allowed it. Two months later, he tried to chargeback the sale. He used a credit card via Paypal. It's been 30 days and I still don't know if I'm out $4500. Use the escrow site option always!

Do your due diligence and research. Make sure the numbers ad up regarding revenue and site PR, etc..
