Dude, get over it. I got similar fraudulent purchases too and I was OK. Funny tho, the people who did that mostly came from arab countries and southeast asia.

You need paid VPN for that, most people know the IP of free VPN, chances are it's blocked. If you go for paid VPN, chances are you can't save money because you need to pay your VPN. Bottom line, find another way to make money.
