You can geotag images using Picasa desktop - we do the same as BlueSteele - geo tag offline and then again when it is uploaded.

Why not offer that to businesses that already sell in eBay? Make a clean site and then contact them

I would suggest you save your money on any service, and instead invest in a monthly subscription to Terapeak. It has a feature that will allow you to build the best titles for your product that REAL people are searching for on eBay. Also make sure you fill in the UPC/EAN code for the product so...

I use a handy little tool called ecal... It's a web based calculator that works it all out depending on the product and hat category it is in.. I personally use it for UK stock but I know there is one for the US and many European countries... Search for ecal alta vista in google
