you wont loose your content, but it isnt hard to back up your WP content. Just go to tools-> export and you can export all your settings to one file with one click. Easy as hell! What is was wondering: do you have somekind of script on your site that the same people cannt click on the adsense...

really depends on the topic of your forum. go and look for sites in the same topic and spam them is what i would do. Next to that be sure to have valuable information on the forum, otherise noone will stick.
