For me, it's semrush. Simply because everything you need is already there and it's done quite conveniently. I don't think there are any new tools that have come up with some new features specifically for SEO analysis. Unless some are introducing AI into their products

Given their rates for $100 will buy you what 5? 6? links with good rankings, but it is not a fact that they will give good results. It is better to see those who guarantee at least some result and pay them on the fact of their work.
That's actually a really interesting question. My opinion is that yes it is quite possible to rank with good content and without backlinks. But to be perfectly honest there is a little uncertainty (this is Google here you can not be sure of anything). So be sure to post here if it works out for you.
