Lol... not promoting them. Just someone who has never had to work around getting banned I've already been using a new FB Ads account that I set up on a windows VPS... it's just slow & anything fast started looking pricey. So I was looking at other options. thanks for the advice

My regular account got banned, so I setup a new one through a windows vps. It works ok, but the VPS is slow and anything fast costs more per month than I'd really care to spend. Has anyone used witopia for their facebook ads account or any other ip cloaking/vpn software? btw... I do...

Can I use the same paypal account for ads as the banned one if I change the primary email for the account? Basically, are the FB police just looking at the paypal email address or the paypal account itself? Thanks!
