Only run GSA for tier 3 or 4 or lower. That way even if you got caught, your main site is still up and running. Replace the caught one and keep spam GSA.

I submit my backlinks directly to Google via Google Submit Tool. Then I use Incognito Chrome browser, Google.com/ncr to search for the article contain my backlinks and yes, I find it was cached so I guess it was indexed.
