If you want to scrape links from google or yahoo, there is no better proxies than massproxy.com, I am using scraper plan 300 for more than 2 months, so far no problems at all. Just my 3 cents...

I'm maybe not so experienced as you but have to add my opinion. I had similar situation as you but with another provider, they said that proxies work and then bans. So I think it is really hard for a provider to be totally sure that all will be OK, you may check all selling threads here on BHV...
