No formal penalty (didnt get a message on webmaster tools) and its still indexed but on Oct 14 my position in the SERPS fell severely and I lost 70% of traffic

All my blogs are in Spanish , will this work for me ? or is it only for English blogs/sites

My days have been terrible since Oct 14 , its sickening ! Another site of mine got hit by Panda back in June but it bounce back 15 days after without any changes done to the site, Im still hoping for my 2 sites affected to magically bounce back :o
