Regarding " " .. the keywords in youtube are already taken as separate keywords after we press a comma (,) after them like: (dog sausage,) so it takes (dog sausage) as one keyword. So would putting it in " " still affect anything?

Does order in which we write the keywords in tags affect anything anymore?

If i bring the video in video editing program & just render thru it & upload, will it change anything to make it seemingly new for YT & not be taken down for being same?
