I had a guy buy an eBook from my website the other day and immediately dispute it, so the funds are frozen. The money doesn't really bother me, its more the fact that I cant take back the product. But I didn't allow the refund, so it'll be interesting to see what PayPal does.

If it's been two years, you don't really have a chance without muscling him out of the money. The other option is to go to his house and take something that you can sell for the value of the amount of money he borrowed - as long as you can get away with that. Don't go to jail for a months salary.
