its a good service. been using for some time on client sites and have found it to be better than some of the other rivals out there. Its all too easy these days to disavow links left right and centre. This tool allows you to categorise the crap from the slightly crap etc

Some more reports gone out today. Usually SERP movements are really visible some 2 weeks or so after the campaign has been completed. Great gains once again, likely to continue to see ranking rises over the coming weeks

content on the homepage is always handy. Best is to go with a wordpress blog and to post the articles, and most recent to appear on the homepage. Trying to optimise a one-page site is not neccessarily best practices. PM me if you need more suggestions
