Do you have any tips as to how I could build a client base? As of right now, my client base sits at zero people.

In my brief scan of this website, I have found that $3/500 was a typical price. Since I have no references and am brand new, I could certainly dip a little below that price point to start out. Eventually, I would like to be writing for more than just .6 cents per word.
