Assuming that you have another active google play developer account. Change the package name. Change icon and screenshots. You are ready to go. Don't change the app/code. It doesn't matter.

China publisher? What China publishers do we non-china don't? I also know some guys who are getting 20K+ install per day for each android game. And obviously they don't share their formula. I am ready to take risk, kindly suggest something to get higher ranks on google play.
