I suggest first looking for that product on other sites. Wallmart, Craiglist, whatever. If you can't find anything cheap enough, just apologize and refund as soon as possible. Speed is always important.

The closest thing I've had to a boss is customers while I was just into freelancing. They can be pretty darn mean or annoying, but most of the time, they're very pleasant.
