Obviously I understand that in one case the IP is always the same and in the other case it changes, but in theory if it is a private IP that only you use I don't see any inconvenience in it being static and never changing?
But what is the difference between static proxies and normal proxies? I will need to upload several videos a day that will weigh 10GB in total and the normal residential proxies charge a lot for the traffic...
